There's been a few rather interesting programmes on the BBC of late including an Imagine that focuses on the Glasgow art scene (unfortunately now gone on Iplayer) and a series that's exploreing the history of three colours (Gold, Blue and White) and their effect/influence on Western art. Plus I think he might just be a better host then Adrian Sooke...
We Have Movies All Night, 6 Nights a Week and this is Tom LaBrie Reminding You, the Floatation Systems are a Science and at LaBrie's Waterproof Warehouse, We Don't Give You Any Fiction.
and now a quick word from our sponsor...
Who needs to worry about Night Terror's when you have a water bed!

Into the Nimbus, Smilde Style
Came across these images of work by Berndnaut Smilde a Dutch artist who creates clouds inside rooms. These incredibly ephemeral objects are made by fog machines and a delicate control of the temperature and humidity of the space. The clouds only last for a few moments and are captured photographically to create these surreal and un-photo shopped images. Here's a link to a video on you tube showing the action as it happens.
