Geoff - I was browsing the website for the charity that are offering me the shop in Falkirk, this one in Blackpool seems quite promising. I'm not sure if this space will be of any use to you but I thought I may bring it to your attention anyway. I believe these spaces are provided for free by property owners who do not want their shops lying empty.
